Where we ship

Wondarize currently ships within India only. We hope to open international shipping soon — write to us at hello@wondarize.com if you'd like to know when we do.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹999 and above: free shipping.
Orders below ₹999: flat ₹70.

The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. Remote locations and areas with limited courier service may take longer. These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guaranteed delivery dates.

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, courier backlogs, local restrictions or festive-season volumes. We'll keep you updated if we know your order is affected, but we can't be held responsible for delays once a parcel is with the courier.

Address accuracy and failed deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout — we can't change an address after dispatch. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we'll get in touch to arrange a reshipment, and reshipping charges may apply.

Parcels damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@wondarize.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
