Refund policy

Our promise

If something isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to start a return — and return shipping is on us.

What can be returned

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags and any accessories they came with. We may decline a return if the item comes back used, altered or damaged.

What can't be returned

Personalised or made-to-order pieces, unless they arrive damaged, defective or are not what you ordered.
Items damaged through use, misuse or ordinary wear.
Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery.
Items bought in a clearance sale and marked as final sale.

How to start a return

Email hello@wondarize.com with your order number, what you'd like to return and why, and a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty. We'll confirm within two business days and arrange a free pickup or send you a prepaid return label. Please don't ship anything back before we've confirmed the return.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes a quick condition check, we process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

The ₹70 shipping charge on orders below ₹999 is refunded when the return is because an item was damaged, defective or not what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, that original shipping charge isn't refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email hello@wondarize.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap something is to return it and place a fresh order for the piece you'd prefer. If you'd rather we handle it as a direct exchange, just say so in your email.
